Harmony Village is located in the village area of Sunny Beach.

Surrounded by other beautiful village complexes and lush greenery, Harmony Village takes you in a calm and quiet world, and this will contribute exclusively beneficial for your summer holiday.

The village will consist of 18 fully completed luxury town houses and 24 studios. Each of the houses is with a separate garden and a view to the both swimming pools.

Each 60 minutes we provide a transport which will take the vacationers in Harmony Village to the beach, which is only 4 kilometers away from the golden beach of Sunny Beach.

The price of one chalet is more than accessible and is around 75 000 euro, and the studios starts from 32 000 euro, all of them are fully completed.

The price for annual maintenance is 700 euro for a villa and 400 euro for a studio.

The payment terms are as follows:

first installment 10% - after the project starts
second installment 20% - after the foundation of your section

fourth installment 10% - after the roof of your section is finished
fifth installment 10% - after windows are placed and plumbing and electrical installation are completed, as plaster and insulation
sixth installment 10% - after completion of paint, tiles, wall tiles, bathrooms and kitchens
seventh installment 30% - after signing a Notary Deed (transferring the ownership on your name)
