Boomerang Concept

The concept of Boomerang is focused on creating timeless luxury living space within two six-story buildings. The project differentiates with its unique architecture corresponding and adapted to the surrounding environment. The aesthetic form of the building is expressed by the architectural design implying sustainable living. The property is situated in close proximity to the beach and the internationally known city of Sunny Beach famous for the large number of foreign tourists visiting each year.

PROJECT:

Boomerang comprises 110 luxury condominium residences contained within two six-story buildings. The architecture is designed to besite-specific with a timeless presence that is compatible with and sensitive to the neighboring hotel and sea. Located on a park area, intended to be an iconic building. The building is sited on 250 meters of beach with famous views of the Black Sea. The scheme reflects the importance of this project site as well as the unique dual identity of Sunny beach as both "beach city" and international urban icon. Boomerang is designed to achieve perfection through environmentally sensitive architecture and building systems. The buildings are ultra-curved in support of a sustainable design concept to maximize daylight and natural ventilation. Floor to ceiling glazing and generous terraces enhance the natural beauty of the context, the panoramic mountain views and the light. Each residence includes cantilevered terraces and balconies that shade the clear frame as well as create depth and scale at the building elevations. The Boomerang-shaped design houses separate with remarkable water passage, two wings pool surround a central courtyard; this outdoor space features a garden and provides fresh air and natural light to residential space. The landscaped entrance includes reflecting pools and a dramatic water passage, designed to enhance relaxation and well-being, and to presage the lush coast landscaping. Once inside, a striking lobby leads to direct and dramatic views through the building to the park area. The beachfront portion of the site contains a restaurant, a pool and garden. The building also has a beauty and health club, a wine and cigar lounge and a spa.
